Responsibilities
Develop a learning and awareness program to cultivate a culture of cybersecurity within Lennar.
Educate Lennar associates and contractors on security threats and mitigation.
Provide technical expertise with design, deployment, and maintenance of Lennar’s security solutions supporting Information Security Governance, Risk Management and Compliance programs.
Assist in the identification, analysis, and assessment of information risk scenarios.
Provide expertise and guidance to reduce Lennar’s security risks and ensure controls meet legal and regulatory compliance.
Recommend solutions to mitigate and eliminate compliance risks to Lennar information assets.
Implement solutions in alignment with IT strategy and standards.
Measure and assure that controls are in place and managed properly for protection of Lennar’s information and physical assets.
Participate in technology evaluations of risk and controls, especially for high‑risk systems and applications.
Contribute to education and advisory services to applications, systems, and data owners.
Support communication between internal/external audit and information security team, IT operations and other units.
Apply and maintain understanding of security standards and best‑practice frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
5–7+ years of experience in cybersecurity focusing on vulnerability management, incident response, or GRC.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools, techniques, and frameworks.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Regular in‑person attendance at the Lennar office during regular work hours is essential. This is a primarily sedentary office position requiring ability to operate computer equipment and move up to 25 lbs.
