What You Will Do Reporting to the Practice Administrator, the Clinical Manager assists in daily clinical operations at Greenspring Station. Responsibilities include:
Managing clinical staff, including hiring, supervision, staffing, evaluation, discipline, and scheduling.
Budget and supply level management, ensuring adequate clinical supplies.
Ensuring compliance with pay‑for‑performance programs (value based purchasing, patient‑centered medical home, meaningful use, etc.).
Customer service and continuous improvement of clinical operations.
Implementing priorities and goals for optimal customer service, operational efficiency, and financial viability.
Assuming the role of Practice Administrator in their absence.
Who Should Apply The ideal candidate will have:
Baccalaureate degree in Nursing; experience may substitute a 2:1 ratio, requiring total of 9 years of healthcare experience with education and supervisory management experience.
Two years of healthcare management experience with direct supervision of staff; ambulatory care experience highly preferred.
Current, unrestricted RN licensure in Maryland (and other jurisdictions as required); valid CPR certification required upon hire and recertified every two years.
Salary Range Minimum $53.15 /hour – Maximum $82.38 /hour. Compensation commensurate with equity and experience. Salaries will be discussed during screening.
