We offer a competitive base rate of $31.00–$36.35 per hour, a bonus structure that can total over $35,000 in your first three years, and a range of benefits that include paid study support for the BCBA exam, generous PTO, and unlimited referral bonuses. What You’ll Be Doing

Supervise & evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments and solve problems to ensure continuous progress. Mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and provide coaching to enhance service quality. Maintain accurate records of billable hours, treatment plans, and progress reports. Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible with a dynamic caseload. Support staff productivity, assist in performance evaluations, and provide crucial support during urgent situations. What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program (required). Enrollment in a BCBA program and/or eligibility for certification hours (preferred). Minimum one year of clinical program management experience under a BCBA. Background check, TB test, pre‑employment physical exam, and immunization records required.
