We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential in driving our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring we attract top-tier candidates. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various roles.
Utilize various platforms for HR sourcing, including social media management and job boards.
Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
Negotiate job offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law.
Implement effective talent management strategies, including succession planning and employee evaluation processes.
Collaborate on campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent.
Conduct cold calling for lead generation and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Other duties as assigned.
Position involves occasional weekend and evening work to respond to contingent staff and client companies.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Knowledge of employee relations practices and employee evaluation methods.
Experience with research methodologies to identify potential candidates effectively.
Understanding of training & development principles within recruiting contexts.
Experience with and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time along with establishing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills.
Computer savvy with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to learn applicant tracking software.
Team player.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Occasional travel to Holland and Muskegon.
Education and Experience
Two to three years’ experience in recruiting.
A degree or some college in a related field is helpful.
