Senior HRIS Analyst (Direct Hire)

to join their HR technology team and support the systems that power their global workforce.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Serve as the system administrator for Workday Core HCM, managing system maintenance, upgrades, and user access, while ensuring the protection of sensitive HR data.

Partner with HR functional experts to analyze and continuously improve processes related to Core HCM, security, and reporting within Workday.

Design, build, and test integrations between Workday and internal and external systems with EIBs and Core connectors.

Analyze Workday integration processes and perform updates as needed to enhance business workflows.

Ensure data integrity, confidentiality security, process efficiency, and accessibility through effective systems implementation, configuration, administration, and user training.

Conduct basic HR systems configuration, generate monthly metrics, provide analysis and interpretation of report data, analyze into root cause of problems, and collaborate with HR team members to implement solutions.

Support and promote adoption of global best practices and standards.

Troubleshoot, research, resolve or lift issues as necessary, proactively keeping end‑users aware of status and taking responsibility for ensuring outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Support timely and accurate processing of file feeds to vendors in alignment with security and reporting specifications.

Oversee security configuration in Workday, managing user roles, permissions, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Stay updated on HRIS trends, continuously increase application/tools knowledge by participating in user groups, training, or other mechanisms.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or Information Technology or a related field is required.

3 plus years of experience in HRIS or HR with system administrator and/or analyst responsibilities.

Knowledge of and experience supporting Workday modules such as: Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Employee/Manager Self‑Service, Security, Integrations and Report Writing.

Knowledge of and experience using UKG, ADP and/or ServiceNow.

Proficiency using business software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Ability to maintain focus and produce project deliverables according to established deadlines.

Strong discretion in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.

Ability to adapt and adjust to change, quick learner with technology aptitude, multitask effectively, and be a self‑starter with strong attention to detail.

1–3 years of technical project management experience, preferred.

Adaptable, tech‑savvy self‑starter with strong attention to detail; experience in technical project management is preferred.
