About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team and manage a wide range of human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in HR practices who can provide guidance and support across recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. What You’ll Do
Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain and update HRIS records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on policies and conflict resolution. Administer benefits programs and assist employees with enrollment and inquiries. Support performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations. Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and compliance reviews. Collaborate with leadership on HR initiatives and employee engagement strategies. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Seniority level
