Responsibilities
AP Management : Execute the three‑way match process for vendor invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and coordinate weekly payment runs. AR & Collections : Process customer payments, perform account reconciliations, and proactively manage aging reports to reduce outstanding debt. Financial Support : Assist with month‑end closing activities, prepare ad hoc financial reports, and maintain organized digital filing systems for audit readiness. Month‑End Support : Assist the finance team with month‑end closing procedures, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and the preparation of ad hoc financial reports. Skills
