We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes for commercial construction projects in Nashville, TN. This role ensures seamless coordination of MEP systems from preconstruction through closeout, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage all MEP scopes for commercial projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to ensure accurate installation and integration of systems. Review drawings and specifications for constructability and compliance. Oversee procurement of MEP materials and equipment. Monitor progress and quality of MEP work on-site, resolving issues promptly. Ensure adherence to safety standards and local building codes. Prepare and present regular updates to clients and project stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks related to MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle.
