Distribution Center Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position
$62,000.00 /annually
First Shift
Supervise inbound and outbound operations, ensuring proper staffing, balanced workflows, and productivity targets are achieved.
Direct daily inventory audits, investigating discrepancies with a focus on high-value items.
Review and interpret warehouse performance reports, implement corrective actions as needed, and track progress.
Coach and guide employees to meet deadlines and achieve individual and team goals.
Foster cross-department collaboration and clear communication.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
Distribution Center Supervisor Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong math, organizational, and time management skills.
Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies.
Ability to become certified in material handling equipment.
Physical capability to move safely throughout the warehouse.
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
