Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
