Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and processes related to these systems. Supports day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution, and communicates status to agency management and internal customers. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems, installs and loads OS software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity, and configures network components while implementing OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Requirements
Windows 10 support (patching and troubleshooting) with Active Directory and Group Policy experience (understanding of OU structures and creating policies) Windows Server Administration – knowledge of Windows Server architecture, installation, services settings and configuration, and patching (looking for both Windows and Linux, but stronger in one) Experience with Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) patching Understanding of VMware Understanding of Networking PowerShell scripting experience is a plus EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER VETERANS DISABLED
