Job Summary
The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky's Center on Disability. HDI is seeking a Disability Program Administrator I to join our team and support the Child Care Aware project.
Position responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the training coach team to identify early care and education training needs aligned with Child Care Aware of Kentucky's statewide initiatives.
Lead efforts to address required training needs for early care and education staff and credentialed trainers across the state.
Develop engaging and effective training content in collaboration with team members and subject matter experts.
Assess and determine statewide training needs to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications Required: Hold or be willing to obtain the Kentucky State Credential for Early Childhood Trainers (Level 4 or higher). Experience developing trainings and a strong background in early childhood.
Preferred Education/Experience: 3 years of related experience, MA or higher.
