We are assisting our client, a national law firm, with a search for a
Litigation Paralegal
to join their business litigation group in
Atlanta, GA .
Key Responsibilities
E-filing in federal and state courts
Draft legal documents such as motions and subpoenas
Organize, analyze, and index documents and exhibits for trial
Cite-check, Bluebook, and shepardize briefs and legal memoranda
Assist with deposition and trial preparation
Apply knowledge of the litigation process
Conduct legal research via LexisNexis and Westlaw
Qualifications
2 years of trial experience, including attending trials
5 years commercial litigation experience
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and proofreading skills
Bachelor's degree and ABA‑approved paralegal certificate OR Associate's/Bachelor's in Paralegal Studies
