Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from intake through trial and post‑trial work
Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests, and motions in state and federal courts
Coordinate discovery and manage case files and deadlines
Prepare exhibits, trial binders, deposition summaries, and witness files
Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Assist in court filings, trial logistics, and on‑site trial support
Qualifications
5 + years of litigation paralegal experience (plaintiff or defense)
Experience with personal injury, medical malpractice, or commercial litigation preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, e‑filing systems, and document management software
Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive approach to docket and other attorneys who report to the managing partner
Positive, professional attitude — enjoys coming to work and being part of a collaborative team
