What You’ll Do:
Represent clients in civil litigation with a focus on personal injury and insurance defense
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and manage cases through trial
Take and defend depositions, appear in court, and negotiate settlements
Work closely with clients and insurance carriers to deliver strategic legal solutions
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills
Proven ability to manage a heavy litigation caseload independently
