Base pay range Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both experienced and entry‑level behavior therapists, as well as
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) . Our team approach consists of constant training and support so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care.
At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each therapist, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00‑$28.00 per hour.
Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in Indiana, providing primarily in‑home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1‑21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.

Job Responsibilities
Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
Collect, analyze, and prepare data for presentation
Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client
Qualifications
RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (Required)
Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication. Spanish speaking a plus!
The ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families
Must pass a criminal background check
Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on program
