$18.00 - $28.00
per hour. Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in Indiana. We provide primarily in-home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on high levels of communication, support and guidance to help each therapist feel confident in their role. What is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)?
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that promote independence over time. Why join us?

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of the client Qualifications
RBT Certification from BACB (Required) Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required) Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required) Effective communication in English (verbal and written); Spanish speaking a plus Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families Must pass a criminal background check Willingness to learn and receive feedback Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions Demonstrated passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on the program Seniority level
