Job Summary:
Perform radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
Apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis with independent judgment.
Assume responsibility for specific radiographic procedures as required.
Minimum Requirements
One year experience as a certified Radiological Technologist.
New graduates with clinical experience through an approved ARRT Radiologic Technology program will be considered on an individual basis.
Current ARRT certification (RG ARRT).
Current CRT certification (CT XRT).
Current CPR-AHA certification (CT CPRBLS).
Special Skills
Working knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment.
Familiarity with departmental policies and procedures.
Ability to work tactfully and effectively with staff, physicians, and patients.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while being a functional team member in a team‑oriented environment.

Marian Regional Medical Center, a 191‑bed facility in Santa Maria, California. Recognized as one of the Top 250 Hospitals in the Nation by Healthgrades and awarded Best Maternity Care by Newsweek. The facility offers advanced technology, an expanded Emergency Department, Critical Care Unit, neonatal intensive care unit, and a range of women’s services. It is part of Dignity Health’s Southwest Division and a member of CommonSpirit Health.
Pay Range
$44.15 – $52.10 per hour.
