DDS/DMD Degree and an active, unrestricted license in Wisconsin.
Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care.
Commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
Physical Requirements
Perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
Lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary.
Availability for periodic virtual training sessions.
