Job Requirements And Duties You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Navigate and locate addresses within the delivery area, including the ability to handle multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
Drive safely within the assigned delivery zone and deliver orders in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and product preparation as needed.
Use company technology (computer, tablet, phone) to receive and process orders.
General Job Duties For All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
Perform accurate math and give correct monetary change.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigate to delivery addresses and manage adverse terrain.
Enter and process orders quickly and accurately.
Use motor coordination for rapid, precise movements.
Work Conditions
Varying weather conditions during outside tasks.
Temperature range from 36°F in cooler to over 90°F in some work areas.
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Restricted spaces including walk‑in cooler.
Potential for hot surfaces/tools.
Additional Physical Requirements Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and driving duties as described below.
Lift up to 50 lbs cases of ingredient or supplies.
Carry large cans, 30‑lb pizza sauce, trays of dough (approximately 12 lbs).
Push or pull dollies with trays up to 30 lbs.
Traverse stairs and ladders; navigate up to 5 flights per shift.
Drive deliveries within the designated zone.
Training Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
