Duties This position assists the project manager with delivering turf construction projects on time and on budget. The successful candidate will be highly organized and motivated to deliver a superior customer experience. Main responsibilities will include creation of submittals, scheduling of material deliveries, coordinating with installation crews and subcontractors and assisting with close out materials.
Essential Duties
Creates submittals for customers
Issue notice of award to vendors and subcontractors
Manage and report on changes to project schedules
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure site is ready for installation crew
Provides general support to Project Managers
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a technical field preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work under pressure in a team environment
Organized, structured, methodical, and disciplined work habits
Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Should be proficient in MS Office 365
Experience with Netsuite, Procore, or similar project accounting system
Education Bachelors of Construction Management Services (required)
