Job Description Position Summary
The Sr. Agile Delivery Lead/Program Manager role will be responsible for consolidating and leading the Account Opening & Activations Program, a large-scale cross‑functional initiative. The role delivers programs and projects on‑time and on‑budget using the Change Framework, integrates program/project health routines with stakeholders, reduces reporting redundancy, drives scope, sizing, and prioritization, and develops consistent execution artifacts.
Responsible for programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business.
Must demonstrate strong financial acumen.
Role may require responsibility for staff and budget.
Serves as the primary contact for department managers on critical change initiatives.
Communicates, influences, and negotiates vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources.
Accountable for analyzing present‑state, developing alternative future‑state approaches, and facilitating implementation.
Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative set‑up, execution, and control.
Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles.
Integrates end‑to‑end business process knowledge into program planning and decision‑making processes.
Develops, maintains, and reports on an overall integrated delivery plan.
Has management experience with small to mid‑size teams.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 – $70.00/hr.
