What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement efficient business processes and workflows
Participate in working groups to standardize workflows across the National AMS team
Document and maintain business process artifacts for training and reference
Redesign and implement best-in-class business processes and data standards
Support the configuration of the agency management system and create reporting outputs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to refine efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of workflows by deploying best practices
Strong team player with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with an agency management system
Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
Demonstrates a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable results
