About the Role The Sales Director will spearhead the company’s sales operations, manage key accounts, build B2B partnerships, and develop strategic initiatives to expand brand presence in retail, wholesale, and online channels. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong track record of scaling sales performance and motivating teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Identify and secure B2B opportunities with retailers, distributors, and large-volume buyers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and business partners
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team
Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold company values in every interaction
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles (Director, Manager, VP, etc.)
Proven B2B sales experience, especially in retail, wholesale, or distribution channels
Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets and driving measurable growth
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience in consumer goods, food/beverage, or CPG industries is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Highly energetic, results-driven, and self-motivated
