Job Description Assistant Manager is a multi‑faced role merging business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. Responsibilities:
Driving sales results by analyzing business and providing best‑in‑class customer service.
Overseeing daily store operations, opening/closing routines, driving efficiency.
Leveraging creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge.
Leading talent – recruiting, training, engagement and development.
Building a foundation to grow into future leaders within the store organization.
What You’ll Do
Customer Experience – Deliver exceptional service.
Drive Sales – Achieve revenue targets.
OMNI Channel Fulfillment – Manage online & in‑store fulfillment.
Store Presentation – Maintain visual merchandising.
Operations – Stockroom and inventory management.
Staffing – Schedule, payroll and workforce planning.
Training – On‑boarding and skill development.
Communication – Internal collaboration.
Asset Protection – Loss prevention.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or one year supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Adaptability to fast‑paced, challenging environments.
Team building and self‑starter mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Drive to achieve results and multitasking ability.
