We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Legal Assistant to join our Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast‑paced legal environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
Manage case files and maintain document databases.
Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and other meetings.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Perform legal research and analysis.
Assist with trial preparation.
Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a litigation practice.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
