Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Broker, based in Deerfield, IL, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Business Broker will be responsible for assisting clients through the process of buying and selling businesses. Day-to-day tasks include conducting business valuations, managing deal negotiations, creating detailed marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects. The role also involves providing expert guidance on financial matters related to transactions.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Business Brokerage and Brokerage processes
Proficiency in Business Valuation and understanding financial metrics
Strong foundation in Business and Finance concepts
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in sales, consulting, or business transactions is a plus
