Dinsmore, a dynamic and client‑focused firm with over 750 attorneys across 30+ offices nationwide, is hiring Health Care Litigation Associates in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Lexington, Louisville, and Pittsburgh. The role offers significant client contact and the opportunity to handle all aspects of complex health‑care litigation and compliance for regional and national clients of all sizes.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Two to five years of litigation experience, including preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial.
Experience with health‑care regulatory matters, HIPAA, state and federal agency audits and investigations, payor disputes, administrative proceedings, and/or ERISA litigation is preferred.
A license to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, or Pennsylvania is required. Out‑of‑state candidates willing to sit for the bar exam in one of these states or eligible for admission will be considered.
Strong academic background and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Compensation
Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $40,000+ in bonus potential.
