Labor and Employment Associate
Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is looking for Labor and Employment Associates to join our Los Angeles office. Candidates should have 2 to 6 years of experience and a California license to practice law.
Responsibilities
Litigation defense and advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Handling matters related to FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage‑and‑hour violations.
Taking depositions, arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial.
Providing significant client contact and managing all aspects of complex employment cases for regional and national clients of all sizes.
Qualifications
California bar admission required.
Strong academic background.
Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $192,000 – $217,000, with up to $40,000+ in bonus potential.
