Regional Vice President of Revenue Cycle
Position: Regional Vice President of Revenue Cycle
Compensation: $150,000–$214,000 based on experience, plus health insurance options.
This position has in-office and travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Strategic leadership to develop and execute regional revenue cycle strategy, aligning with overall financial objectives and driving continuous improvement.
Oversee daily operations for all revenue cycle functions such as patient access, HIM, coding, billing, and collections.
Manage financial performance by monitoring KPIs like Days in A/R, denial rates, and net collection rates, and partner with finance teams on forecasting and budget management.
Ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA and CMS.
Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders and manage external relationships.
Skills
Masters Degree Preferred
Expertise in Epic and/or Meditech
Expertise in Analytics and Reporting
