Executive Recruiter, Non-Clinical Healthcare - LHH Recruitment Solutions LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a healthcare client to fill a Regional Vice President of Revenue Cycle position in the Los Angeles area. Compensation for the position ranges from $150–$214K based on experience, plus health insurance options.
This position has in-office and travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic leadership to develop and execute regional revenue cycle strategy, aligning with overall financial objectives and driving continuous improvement.
Oversee daily operations for all revenue cycle functions such as patient access, HIM, coding, billing, and collections.
Manage financial performance by monitoring KPIs like Days in A/R, denial rates, and net collection rates, and partner with finance teams on forecasting and budget management.
Ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA and CMS.
Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders and manage external relationships.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree Preferred
Expertise in Epic and/or Meditech
Expertise in Analytics and Reporting
