Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a growing construction company to locate their next Vice President of Finance.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 base + annual bonus
Schedule: Full-time

What will your day look like?
Financial Leadership:
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
Project & Cost Oversight:
Partner with operations on job costing, WIP reporting, margin analysis, and project performance.
Strategic Planning:
Support growth initiatives through financial modeling, capital planning, and risk management.
Controls & Compliance:
Ensure strong internal controls, GAAP compliance, and successful audits.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Work closely with operations, estimating, project management, and executive leadership to align financial outcomes with business objectives.
Who are you?
Experienced Finance Leader:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
Construction Background:
10+ years of progressive finance experience with deep exposure to construction or project-based environments.
Hands-On & Strategic:
Comfortable operating at both the tactical and executive levels.
Strong Communicator:
Able to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial leaders.
