About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and grow day-to-day operations for a well‑established commercial contractor specializing in concrete, masonry, and drywall across K‑12, government, and multifamily projects.
Responsibilities
Manage labor, materials, and logistics for projects ranging from $100K to $2M.
Lead current work, including a $1.5M drywall project at an elementary school.
Spearhead the growth of operations as a standalone revenue stream.
Oversee two field managers and help grow the existing labor pool (currently 10 carpenters).
Support future investments in tools, equipment, and new software (Tool Belt, Tool Watch).
Qualifications
Strong background managing labor, materials, and project logistics.
Experience with interiors, K‑12, multifamily, or historical renovation projects is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and grow operational capacity.
