This role will focus on managing labor, ordering materials, planning logistics, and driving operational efficiency across projects ranging from $100K-$2M. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in scaling the business to $3M-$5M in annual revenue over the next 3 years.

Description Operations Manager - Concrete/Masonry/Drywall :
This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations at a fast-growing specialty contractor. With strong leadership support, profit-sharing, and a path to VP-level advancement, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling the company's impact across the DC metro construction market.
Lead day‑to‑day operations while driving growth from $2M toward $5M in annual revenue.
Build and expand a skilled labor pool, including carpenters and field staff, to support ongoing projects.
Oversee multiple projects ranging from $100K-$2M across interiors, K‑12, multifamily, and historical renovations.
Manage procurement, logistics, and investment in new equipment, tools, and technology platforms.
Implement operational systems and software to improve efficiency, tracking, and reporting.
Provide leadership and mentorship to field managers and crews, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with ownership on long‑term growth strategies, with future opportunities for profit sharing and leadership advancement.
Profile Operations Manager - Concrete/Masonry/Drywall :
5+ years of construction operations or project management experience
Strong background in
drywall, concrete, masonry, or interiors
preferred
Skilled in managing labor pools, subcontractors, and materials procurement
Experience with construction software (ToolBelt, ToolWatch, Procore a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to help scale and shape a growing business
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage field staff effectively
Job Offer Salary range:
$130K-$150K
