The Opportunity We’re hiring a
hungry, commercial Business Development Representative
to help drive net-new revenue out of our
Austin hub and wider US business.
This role is for someone who:
Loves outbound
Knows how to open doors with senior stakeholders
Wants real impact, visibility, and upside — not just “dial and smile”
You’ll work directly with the
VP in Austin , owning prospecting, pipeline generation, and early-stage deal development across the US market.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and engage decision-makers (Founders, CROs, VPs, Heads of Talent)
Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities
Run high-volume, high-quality outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, meetups, entertainment)
Understand client hiring pain points and position tailored search solutions
Build and manage pipeline in
HubSpot
Play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy as we scale
What We’re Looking For
1–5+ years in
BDR / SDR / Inside Sales
Background in SaaS or Recruitment
strongly preferred
Proven ability to build pipeline and hit targets
Confident, articulate, and resilient communicator
Competitive mindset with strong business curiosity
Comfortable owning outcomes, not just activity
Experience selling/creating SOWs or Consulting Agreements (huge bonus)
