Position Overview As a BCBA with PTS, you will play a vital role in supporting students in a school-based setting. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting initial and ongoing educational and behavior assessments.
Developing and maintaining high-quality treatment progress based on assessment results.
Creating and supervising positive behavior support interventions for Tier 1 – 3.
Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings to contribute to Individual Education Plans.
Collaborating effectively with other disciplines to meet the diverse needs of all students.
Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, State Board of Education rules, and School District policies.
Perks and Qualifications We offer competitive rates with compensation for both direct and indirect time, flexibility as an Independent Contractor, on-site and off-site mentorship, and support for new therapists through our School-Based Academy.
