CNC Machinist

Operate a variety of CNC machining centers and turning centers, ensuring precision and accuracy with tight tolerances. Use gauges, calipers, and micrometers to verify and document results.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining centers and turning centers effectively.
• Achieve tight tolerances on parts and verify precision using gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
• Position, align, and secure workpieces accurately.
• Utilize locating fixtures as necessary.
• Select and prepare tools to adapt to varying conditions and materials.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience with CNC operations and setups.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with CNC Vertical, CNC Horizontal, and CNC Turning machining centers.
• Familiarity with brands such as Mazak, Makino, Puma, Hyundai Kia/Wia, and Haas.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic machine shop setting. Opportunities are available for both 1st and 2nd shifts (2nd shift hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM).

This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
