Business Development | EntrepreneurSII Group USA Position Overview We are supporting a leading U.S. technology program delivering
mission-critical, safety- and security-focused platforms
for large-scale national infrastructure systems. These initiatives are driving the modernization of highly regulated environments, including next-generation platforms that support aviation, mobility, and emerging autonomous systems.
We are seeking a
hands-on DevSecOps Engineer
to design, build, and operate
secure, scalable cloud and platform infrastructure
across public and private environments. This role sits at the intersection of
software engineering, security, and operations , with a strong emphasis on automation, resilience, and secure‑by‑design architectures.
You will work closely with development, security, and platform teams to enable reliable delivery of microservices‑based applications in
mission‑critical production environments .
Key Responsibilities
Contribute across the full lifecycle of platform and infrastructure services:
design, build, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement
Design, implement, and enhance
CI/CD pipelines , translating system and security requirements into automated delivery workflows
Build and maintain
secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure
across cloud and hybrid environments
Implement
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
using tools such as Terraform and Ansible
Integrate security practices into pipelines, including
static/dynamic analysis, vulnerability management, and compliance controls
Support containerized workloads using
Docker and Kubernetes
in production environments
Proactively identify system inefficiencies, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve platform issues
Evaluate tools, architectures, and patterns, contributing to
technical and platform evolution
Participate in defining and improving
DevSecOps standards , reliability practices, and operational maturity
Collaborate in Agile, cross‑functional teams to deliver incremental, high‑quality solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of hands‑on DevSecOps experience
supporting production platforms
Strong experience with:
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform; Ansible a plus)
Hands‑on experience with at least one public cloud platform:
Experience integrating
security controls
into DevOps workflows
Proficiency in
scripting/programming
for automation (Python, Bash)
Experience with
monitoring and observability tools
(Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
Comfortable operating in
regulated, high‑availability environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting
federal or highly regulated programs
Exposure to large‑scale national infrastructure systems
Hands‑on experience operating
private cloud or on‑prem Kubernetes clusters
Strong background integrating and operationalizing
open‑source platforms
Proven ability to drive automation, scalability, and reliability improvements
Ability to translate developer needs into practical, secure platform solutions
Passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within platform teams
