Job Overview Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. These associates are always ready to help with customer questions and needs, and the supervisor ensures compliance and quality of service. This role may require standing for long periods of time.
