As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their telecom inquiries while providing exceptional service.

Manage customer inquiries regarding telecom products, services, and billing via phone, email, and chat in German

Provide clear and accurate information about plans, coverage, and device specifications

Assist customers with service setup, troubleshooting, and account management

Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience

Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow‑up

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address service‑related questions

Stay updated on the latest telecom offerings and promotions to provide relevant information to customers

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus

Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecom sector

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly

Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction

Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is desirable

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
