Summary
Assist the Chief Compliance Officer to continuously develop the Health Plans Compliance and Ethics Programs.
Plan, develop, and perform reviews and audits to monitor compliance with federal and state regulations/guidance, delegation oversight and internal policies and procedures.
Identify root causes of deficiencies, create corrective actions plans and conduct follow-up reviews to validate adherence. Have expert knowledge of laws, regulations, and related matters relevant to the operations of government sponsored Health Plans.
Possess a high level of motivation and professionalism and demonstrates ethical conduct and good judgment at all times.
Minimum Qualifications Experience:
5 years of Medicare compliance experience
Education:
Required - Bachelors - Business; Or - Bachelors - Finance; Or - Bachelors - Related Field
