Job Details The salary range for this position is $53.02 – $60.90 (Hourly Rate). Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range is guided by the rules outlined in the collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities Senior Analytics Developers for various and unanticipated locations (HQ: Chicago, IL). Deliver data warehouse and analytic solutions by writing ETL packages, developing visualizations, performing data and statistical analyses, and administering systems to deliver information to the health system. Serves as a functional and content expert of pipelines to synthesize raw data into actionable information. Applies knowledge of relational database skills including advanced SQL knowledge and the ability to create complex queries and stored procedures. Assists with the analysis, design and development and support of information delivery components including dashboards, reports, and cubes. Assists with ETL design and development including data analysis, source-target mapping, quality profiling, change data capture, program performance. Evaluates data quality and interprets results in a clear, concise manner. Develops documentation on requirements, decisions, design, modifications, and any associated maintenance. Owns analytics projects and is accountable for collaborating with the business. Gather, scope and execute on requirements and recommend analytical solutions to meet business needs. Works collaboratively with and supports multi‑departments efforts and projects. Shares skills, experience, knowledge, and expertise with staff on analytic tools and solutions and serves as subject matter expert within the department. Participates and contributes to overall training development, maintenance, and facilitate trainings. Technical Environment: SSIS, SSAS; SSRS; SSMS; SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting; SQL Server DB, create complex queries and stored procedures; agile environment; Tableau; Microsoft BI; Databricks; Azure DevOps; all areas of development including analysis, design, development, support, structured programming.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field plus 4 years of experience in ETL/DW/data analytics required. Required: 4 years with: SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting; 2 years: SQL Server DB: create complex queries and stored procedures; Tableau/ PowerBI/CrystalR /SSRS. Experience must include: SSIS; SSMS; Azure DevOps; Databricks; gather and scope requirements and recommend analytical solutions to meet business needs; mentor/train junior staff on analytics tools and solutions; serve as analytics subject matter expert; Agile environment; solution analysis, design, development and support; structured programming. Some remote work available from states NM; registered for business but must be available for onsite training or meetings as needed. Background check and drug screen required. SQL skills assessment required. $110,282/year- $126,680/year.
