Responsibilities
Oversee all operations at the center level following our values, policies and procedures.
Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a high‑performing center team.
Own the patient journey, including communication and engagement, appointment scheduling, registration, patient flow and discharge procedures.
Manage the daily operations of the center, including staff scheduling, labor management, procurement, cash reconciliation and operational compliance.
Maintain legal and accreditation compliance concerning federal, state and local regulations across patient safety and quality of care policies and procedures.
Experience & Skillset Requirements
Five years of successful experience managing mid‑to‑large‑size or multi‑unit operations (e.g., retail or service industries).
A passion for customer/patient and employee experience.
Excellent people skills, professional demeanor, and ability to engage a diverse patient/customer base.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
Previous experience leading operations with measurable customer/patient outcomes, sales/financial goals and KPIs.
Proficiency with technology and computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
Experience in a medical, aesthetic or dental multi‑unit practice is preferred but not required.
At Sono Bello, we believe our team members are the key to our success. This role offers a competitive compensation package: base salary $120,000–$130,000 (DOE) plus a performance-based bonus tied to KPIs. Total on‑target earnings are $160,000–$170,000.
