Project Manager – Madison, WI
Onsite at NHQ is preferred, but hybrid would be acceptable. This position requires 20‑25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Lead the project in creating project plans, budgets, and overseeing and documenting all aspects of the project; work closely with business stakeholders to ensure scope, direction, and schedule adherence.
Collaborate with IT and Vendor Project Managers to measure, monitor, report, and manage all aspects of the SaaS implementation, including infrastructure dependencies, legacy integration, integration with other corporate systems or data stores, deployment, and testing; manage status updates, milestone reviews, issue management, change control, and project risk management.
Requirements
Experience in a similar role, or significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed.
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
