The Walker School is searching for a Varsity Head Football Coach who is ready to do more than call plays, we are looking for a leader, mentor, and program builder.
As part of our new strategic plan, Walker is investing in football as a powerful driver of school culture, community pride, and student engagement. This is a unique opportunity to shape a 5th–12th grade football program, develop young men on and off the field, and create energy that draws students into the program and keeps them there.
We are looking for a coach who believes football builds character, values relationships as much as results, and understands the importance of collaboration with families, faculty, and school leadership. You will work alongside a committed athletics department, utilize a state of the art strength and conditioning facility, and have the support to grow a sustainable, values driven program.

Bachelor’s degree
