Job Summary Join a dynamic team where your expertise in mortgage lending will help clients achieve home ownership. You will manage a pipeline of 20‑30 Non‑QM residential mortgage loans, guiding borrowers through the process and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Directly communicate with borrowers to collect documentation, explain loan terms, and ensure a smooth loan process.

Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, loan officers, and third parties, providing proactive updates and addressing inquiries efficiently.

Process and prepare Non‑QM residential mortgage loans for funding with accuracy and attention to detail.

Review and verify loan documentation for compliance, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with underwriters, closing attorneys, escrow officers, and funding departments for clear communication.

Educate borrowers on loan terms, conditions, and next steps to ensure a transparent experience.

Manage a pipeline of 20‑30 loans, ensuring timely completion of processing milestones and closing deadlines.

Order and review third‑party documentation (title, appraisal, insurance, etc.) for accuracy and compliance.

Track loan progress, proactively resolving any potential issues to prevent delays.

Identify and resolve borrower concerns while providing a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Work closely with underwriting, funding, and senior management teams to optimize loan closing ratios.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of mortgage loan processing experience, preferably with Non‑QM loans.

Strong understanding of mortgage lending, underwriting guidelines, and compliance regulations.

Extensive knowledge of loan structuring, Non‑QM investor requirements, and credit risk assessment.

Ability to manage a high‑volume loan pipeline while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Superior customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with borrowers and partners.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in loan processing software, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

High‑school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Salary & Benefits Annual Salary $75,000‑$90,000 including monthly bonuses.
