Responsibilities
Lead technical accounting for project-related assets, including capitalized costs and asset lifecycle management Manage inventory accounting for large-scale operational initiatives Support debt, equity, and intercompany accounting transactions Execute monthly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis Provide supporting documentation for audits and ensure GAAP compliance Partner with internal teams to improve processes, strengthen controls, and scale accounting operations Collaborate across departments to support business decision-making with accurate financial insights Must-Have Skills
4+ years of accounting experience in a technical, project-based, or operational environment Strong GAAP knowledge with the ability to apply judgment to complex, non-routine accounting scenarios Experience managing month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial analysis Nice to Have Skills
Experience in industries such as renewable energy, construction/engineering, real estate development, or capital-intensive manufacturing Public accounting or audit experience ERP system experience and/or process improvement initiatives Seniority level
