mid-level Litigation Associate
to join its
New York City office . This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking to further develop their skillset with a highly respected national firm while working on sophisticated, high-stakes matters.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other substantive litigation documents.
Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and support trial preparation.
Work closely with partners and clients on strategy and case management.
Qualifications
2–5 years
of commercial/business litigation experience.
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
Experience with depositions, hearings, and complex discovery preferred.
Admitted to the NY Bar (or eligible to waive in).
