Ekspert Counsel
Ekspert Counsel is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate in Austin, TX who has 2 to 4 years of commercial litigation experience to join the Litigation Practice Group of an Am100 firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated and complex commercial litigation matters within a collaborative and nationally respected team.
Responsibilities
Handle a variety of complex commercial litigation assignments.
Participate in discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Prepare for and appear at hearings.
Draft high-quality motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
Work both independently and collaboratively with partners and team members.
Qualifications
Active Texas Bar
2–4 years of commercial litigation experience.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with discovery, hearings, and depositions preferred.
