Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary plus uncapped earnings
$30,000 sign‑on bonus

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered general dentistry services
Maintain high standards of clinical care and hygiene protocols
Participate in practice management and outreach to grow patient base
Collaborate with team for case acceptance and treatment planning
Stay current with continuing education and industry best practices
Qualifications
DDS/DMD degree and active, unrestricted Wisconsin license
Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous learning
Credentialing with dental insurance plans
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing, lift up to 45 lbs
Ability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions as needed
Compliance with TB test and PHI protection requirements
